AIToolsBowl is an independent AI software discovery directory. Our goal is to help visitors understand what a product is intended to do, identify the right official source and make a more informed decision before signing up.

How listings are selected

We consider whether a product has an identifiable provider, a working official website, a clear purpose and a relevant place in the directory. A submission is not automatically published simply because it was received.

What our descriptions mean

Directory descriptions are written for discovery and comparison. Unless a page explicitly says that a hands-on test was completed, do not interpret a listing as an independent product test, certification, recommendation or endorsement.

Official-source checks

When a listing is reviewed, we check the provider's official website and record a verification date. Product features, availability, supported countries, pricing, credits and commercial-use terms can change. A directory pricing label is a guide, not a live quote or guarantee.

How to evaluate a tool

• Start with a real task and test a small, non-sensitive sample.
• Compare output quality, limitations and the amount of manual correction needed.
• Read the provider's privacy, data-retention and model-training terms before uploading confidential information.
• Check free-plan limits, taxes, renewals, cancellation rules, export rights and commercial-use permissions.
• Confirm accessibility, language support and device compatibility for your own needs.

Paid placements should be clearly identified as sponsored. Payment does not guarantee a positive editorial description or a particular rating. Any affiliate relationship should be disclosed on the relevant page or link.

Corrections and updates

If a product is discontinued, a link is broken, pricing is outdated or a description is inaccurate, use the correction form on the listing or contact hello@aitoolsbowl.com. We review reports before changing public records. A correction report is not automatically accepted as fact.

Reviews and user submissions

User reviews are moderated before publication. We do not treat a submitted rating as verified usage evidence unless the reviewer provides sufficient context. Fake, abusive, promotional or unsupported claims may be rejected.

Use of AI in editorial work

AI may assist with research organisation, drafting or summarisation. It is not a substitute for checking the official provider source. We do not intend to publish invented product features, fabricated test results or synthetic user reviews.
